I try to stay away from the kook fringe, but this is an older article that grabbed my attention. Not the content mind you, which is typical of this site, but the source: Vladimir Zhirinovsky of Russia’s ironically named “Liberal Democratic Party”, and a man I have kept an eye on since high school:

As news breaks of four more demonstrators being shot dead in Kabul, fresh evidence has surfaced lending credibility to the assertion that the Muslim riots are a staged psyop or at the very least based on false pretenses.

Yesterday leading Russian MP Vladimir Zhirinovsky said that the riots were a manufactured psychological operation on the part of the US in an attempt to enlist hardened EU support for a military strike against Iran.

As first highlighted by this website and others, more evidence has come to light that confirms fake and misleading caricatures were bundled in with the more tame cartoons that were printed in Danish newspapers. Muslims were misled into believing that all the images were printed in newspapers when they were not.

Nice source, guys. This is a man who has accused “the Jews” of secretly running the county and shipping Russian women off to other countries as prostitutes. The son a Polish Jew born in Alma-Ata, (where they have the world’s cleanest prostitutes) he advocates the detention and deportation of Jewish Russians.

Vlad says that he wants to re-take Alaska by force, re-conquer the break away Soviet republics, march the Russian Army to the Indian Ocean, nuke Japan, and use Germany as a nuclear waste dump.

Russia has been ignored for far too long. Their economy is starting to take-off, Putin has been modernizing and building up the Russian military, while at the same time reinforcing the already deep national pride of the Russian people. Putin can not run for President in 2008. The people of Russia love their hard-talking nationalist politicians, and the LDP have the 12% of the Duma, a close third behind the Commies. Keep an eye on this one. He’s probably too much of a kook to be elected, but stranger things have happened.
