Yet Another RoP™ Death Sentence for "Blasphemy"

I still wonder when the left will wake up and realize that Western Christian nations stopped executing people for heresy hundreds of years ago, and realize that Eastern and African Islamic countries are doing the same NEARLY EVERY DAY, here in the civilized 21st century.

(h/t The Religion of Peace)
Lahore (AsiaNews) – A Pakistani district court yesterday condemned to death Younis Masih, a Christian accused of blasphemy. The judges also condemned to man to pay a fine amounting to 100 thousand Rupees. Defence lawyers denounce a lack of evidence and accuse police of negligence for not having carried out a thorough investigation into the case.

Police had registered a blasphemy case against Masih on September 10, 2005: according to charges laid against him he allegedly made derogatory remarks about Prophet Muhammad and the Koran at during an argument with a group of Muslims, an offence punishable by hanging or life imprisonment according to state law.
I suppose it's also worth mentioning that this country has nuclear weapons, and has an armed population that is sympathetic to Osama and the Taliban. Nothing to see here, move along.

Fred Thompson on Israel

Posted on LGF:
Let me ask you a hypothetical question. What do you think America would do if Canadian soldiers were firing dozens of missiles every day into Buffalo, N.Y.? What do you think our response would be if Mexican troops for two years had launched daily rocket attacks on San Diego -- and bragged about it?

I can tell you, our response would look nothing like Israel's restrained and pinpoint reactions to daily missile attacks from Gaza. We would use whatever means necessary to win the war. There would likely be numerous casualties on our enemy's side, but we would rightfully hold those who attacked us responsible.

More than 1,300 rockets have been fired into Israel from Gaza since Palestinians were given control two years ago. Israelis, however, have gone to incredible lengths to stop the war against them without harming Palestinian non-combatants. But make no mistake, Israel is at war. The elected Hamas government regularly repeats its official promise to destroy Israel entirely and replace it with an Islamic state. Hamas openly took credit for killing one woman and wounding dozens more last week alone.

The Palestinian strategy is to purposely target and kill Israeli civilians. Then, when Israel goes after those launching the attacks, Palestinians claim to be the victims. If Palestinian civilians aren't hurt in the Israeli attacks, they stage injuries and deaths. Too often, they garner sympathy and support from a gullible or anti-Semitic media in the international community.

Israelis, themselves, are often incapable of facing the damage they inflict in self-defense. Knowing this, Islamic extremists are using their own populations as human shields.

I'm beginning to wonder how much longer this vicious plot will work though. International sympathy for Palestinians has diminished as the same Islamofascist extremists have brought havoc to Madrid, Bali, Somalia, London and elsewhere. More importantly, Israelis themselves are suffering so badly, they may be on the verge of losing their sympathy for the people who have sworn to kill them.

Imagine what it would be like to live, knowing that a rocket could fall on you or your children at any minute. Half of those who live nearest to Gaza have fled their homes. Those remaining are traumatized by daily warning sirens and explosions.

The irony is that Israel has the military might to easily win the war that is being waged against them today. They haven't used that might, in the past, out of compassion for Palestinian civilians and because it could trigger a wider regional conflict.

That balance of power is about to change, though. If Iran develops nuclear weapons, the very existence of this tiny nation of Israel will be threatened. The Iranian regime has left little doubt that it intends to see Israel "wiped off the map.” Hamas is using the same language, not coincidentally, and has announced it will begin launching missiles into Israel from the West Bank too.

If the world doesn't act to stop Iran's nuclear ambitions, it must be prepared for the consequences of Israel defending itself.

Abortion Movie Gets 2 Thumbs Up At Cannes

Well this isn't a surprise. Any movie that is a harrowing tale of two women on the quest for an abortion is a shoe-in at Cannes. Maybe the horse-sex movie will win next year.

From the AP:
CANNES, France (AP) -- Romanian director Cristian Mungiu won the Cannes Film Festival's top prize Sunday with "4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days," a harrowing portrait of an illegal abortion in communist-era Romania.

The low-budget, naturalistic film about a student who goes through horrors to ensure that her friend can have a secret abortion beat out 21 other movies in competition for the Riviera festival's top prize, the Palme d'Or -- including films by well-known directors like Quentin Tarantino, the Coen brothers and Wong Kar-wai.

Mungiu, who was awarded the prize by actress Jane Fonda [Shocking-ed], said he did not have the idea for the film a year ago, and did not even have money to shoot it just six months ago. He hoped the win would be "good news for the small filmmakers from small countries."

The AP hack who wrote this would like you to think it's The Lord of the Rings. Sure, the film makers could have made a movie about some real atrocities that occurred in Cold-War Romania, like the million or so political prisoners that were sent to the camps, the mass-murders, rapes and rampant looting by the Red Army for starters, but no, that pales in comparison to a women braving the fires of Mt. Doom to throw her fetus in the lava.

Comrade Clinton's Socialist Agenda

Once again, Hitlery is openly telling the American people that if elected, she will use her power to turn America in to a socialist nation:

From the AP:

The Democratic senator said what the Bush administration touts as an ownership society really is an "on your own" society that has widened the gap between rich and poor.

"I prefer a 'we're all in it together' society," she said. "I believe our government can once again work for all Americans. It can promote the great American tradition of opportunity for all and special privileges for none."

That means pairing growth with fairness, she said, to ensure that the middle-class succeeds in the global economy, not just corporate CEOs.

"There is no greater force for economic growth than free markets. But markets work best with rules that promote our values, protect our workers and give all people a chance to succeed," she said. "Fairness doesn't just happen. It requires the right government policies."

Mrs. Clinton, Americans DO NOT WANT TO LIVE IN A SOCIALIST COUNTRY.

I Will Admit It: Bush Is The Worst President Ever

As far as polls, the economy, and national sentiment goes, Jimmy “Dhimmi” Carter will likely be forever remembered (justly) as the worst President in history of the United States. However… I can’t believe I am about to write this.

George W. Bush is much worse. Carter was a spineless liberal that was sympathetic to Muslim terrorists, and embraced the left like a long lost brother, all during the height of the Cold War. He should have been impeached for treason. When somebody like that is elected, you know what you are going to get though, and guess what? That’s what America got. Then Reagan and Bush I won three landslide elections in a row because of Carter’s legacy. Yadda Yadda Yadda.

America is a nation of independents, and when the far left or far right try to take over, we vote the bums out next election… So goes the theory. However, Bush II is ACTIVELY trying to dismantle the US, and using the power he granted himself to make it so.

Supreme Warlord George Walter Bush is worse than Dhimmi Carter because for the first time that I can remember there is a legitimate question about if he will give up power or not. My God, 9/11 or no, we now have secrete courts, investigations, and search warrants, all in the name of national security. Sure we catch Islamic terrorist scum, but at what cost? The FBI investigates and grills me and a co-worker because of a minor unsubstantiated allegation, yet ignores the public when they tell them radical Islamists have terrorist training camps operating on American soil.

We are far from a police state, but there seems to be a steady march in that direction. Will the real liberals please stand up? You guys have the most to loose. Will you fight with us? We need your help to save America. Once we root out the neo-con junta in the Republican Party, and the leftists that have hijacked the Democrats, we can go back to bickering about minor social issues like gay marriage, abortion, and school prayer. Until then, fight with us against the leftists, the neo-cons, Islamists, and any other traitors.

Republicans! You have suffered an even worse deception. Your blind support of the neo-con agenda is no less reprehensible than the liberal Democrats alliance with the far left.

If there is a saving grace for the United States, it’s the Internet. That must be why both parties want it “regulated.”

Join us.

CNN Tackles Honor Killings

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to watch CNN’s Anderson Cooper’s “exposé” on honor killings tonight. Something that I did notice today was when CNN ran promos for tonight’s 360, they showed some of the horrid clips of the now infamous video of 17 year-old Du’a Khalil Aswad, an Iraqi Kurd, being stoned to death for dishonoring her family.

The catch? Khalil was not a Muslim, nor were her murders. CNN won’t air a story thats “Islamophobic” you see, so they had to wait for an non-Islamic honor killing before they shocked the world with their exclusive report.

In typical MSM fashion, CNN apologizes for Islam, going on at length to explain that honor killings are not exclusively Muslim-though nearly all of them are-and that Mohammed's (May He Burn in Hell) Koran doesn’t say anything about honor killings. That’s what a fatwa is for, but hey, read the transcript here.

Excerpt:
The United Nations estimates that about 5,000 women fall victim every year to these so-called honor killings, and many more, as you just saw, commit suicide. Most, but not all incidents, involve Muslims. Moderate religious scholars point out that there is nothing in the Koran that specifically sanctions honor killings.
In typical Muslim fashion, The Religion of Peace™ decided that the best way to respond to Khilil’s murder was to hijack a bus and execute 23 Yazidi’s in Mosul.

First, they show a picture prominently featuring fingers and toes, characteristics that immediately draw the average viewer in emotionally. A being that has recognizably human features is relatable [sic] on a visceral level. Secondly, they place a quarter in the image to show you the size of the fetus, thereby underscoring its [sic] alleged status as defenseless and in need of outside protection and intervention.

Puck The Folice

O.K. the fuzz went too far this time. Nearly 200 Feds and local police raided 12 Asian massage parlors in town today.

(Watch the video)

I live not even 1/2 a mile away from China Villa, where KCTV 5 staked out. It's right next Buffalo Wild Wings, not that I was ever a client, of course. With this many Feds and local police, this entire operation had to cost the tax-payers upwards of a million dollars. To stop men from getting laid an Asian massage.

Like the landscaping professionals from Mexico, these oppressed female migrant Asian workers provide a valuable service to the community. I have, eh... chronic back pain, so I require 2-3 massages per week, and now Bushitler's morality police have closed these places of business and arrested four hookers masseuses on trumped up charges. I can't turn to Medicaid to treat my back pain, so where will I go now, Mr. President?

Impeach Bush Now!!!

Pakistan Considers New Law Making Heresy A Capital Offence

Posted on Dhimmi Watch:

Islamabad (AsiaNews) – A draft bill adopted in first reading by Pakistan’s National Assembly is now before a standing committee. Tabled by a six-party politico-religious alliance, the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal or MMA, the Apostasy Act 2006 which the government sent to the committee would impose the death penalty on Muslim men and life in prison on Muslim women in case they leave Islam. It would also force them to forfeit their property and lose legal custody of children.

During the same session, lawmakers rejected another draft bill moved by minority MNA Bhandara which sought to amend the existing blasphemy law....

Should the bill become law anyone who leaves Islam for another religion can be sentenced to death (if male) or life in prison ‘until repentance occurs’ (if female).

Section 4 of the bill says that the offender’s own confession in court or the testimony by at least two adults is sufficient grounds for conviction in apostasy cases. Testimony by non Muslims is not however admissible in certain Pakistani courts.

Section 5 stipulates that the ‘offender’ must be granted 3 to 30 days to recant the conversion and return to Islam. But even in cases where the person returns to Islam judges can impose two-year sentences as punishment for the original ‘crime’. The accused can convert and reconvert up to three times before the death sentence becomes automatic.

Under Section 8 apostates forfeit all their properties which are awarded only to their Muslim relatives. Section 9 says that they also lose custody to any minor in their care and guardianship, including their biological children.

These people are very tolerant of women by only giving them life sentences for leaving Islam. Women's lib is indeed alive and well in the Muslim world. Truly this is a step forward for The Religion of Peace.™

Cold War Classic Revisited

Last night I popped in The Falcon and the Snowman, staring Timothy Hutton and Sean Penn. It is the true story of Christopher Boyce (Hutton) and Dulton Lee, (Penn) two traitors that shopped top-secret info to the Soviets in the 70’s.

Boyce was an ideological drop-out from Seminary, who through the influence of his father, was given a job at TRW (they made satellites for the CIA and NSA) and was eventually promoted and given a top-secret security clearance and access to the “Black Vault” communications room.

Lee was Boyce’s best friend, a strung-out drug smuggler, and the black sheep of a wealthy family. To make a medium-length story short, Boyce didn’t like what he was reading, the security was lax at TRW, Boyce and Lee both wanted to make money, so they decided to sell ciphers, messages, and information on U.S. spy satellites to the Soviets. Lee was the courier that negotiated the payments with the Russians and transferred messages between Boyce and the KGB. Dulton the drug addict mucked everything up and sold out Boyce when he was arrested in Mexico on false murder charges, and carrying microfilm with photos of top-secret TRW documents. They were both convicted of espionage and given lengthy sentences.

The first few times I watched this movie over the years I thought, “Damn, this is Sean Penn at his best,” and I was right. If you watch any movie he is in, you will see no more an authentic performance from Penn than in Falcon; and it hit me last night why he was so good in this movie.

He didn’t have to act.

Penn was just being himself: An unpredictable, strung-out traitor that would sell out his country for a few bucks and a couple more lines of blow. His natural performance was reminiscent of Snoop Dog in Training Day.

Oh, by the way, Sean’s father, Leo Penn, was a Communist and an ardent supporter of Joe Stalin and the Soviet Union. I wonder what ol’ Sean was taught on his daddy’s lap?

Normally the story would end here, but it doesn’t. According to The Guardian, Sean Penn hired Dulton Lee as his personal assistant after he was released from prison. Birds of a feather...

Greensburg, KS Tornado Rated EF-5

It's official, the tornado that devastated Greensburg, KS has been rated EF-5. This is the first tornado of this magnitude on record since the Bridge Creek-Moore, OK tornado on May 3, 1999.

Below is an SRV (not Stevie Ray Vaughan) image from the National Weather Service WSR-88D Doppler radar in Dodge City, KS, showing the wind motion within the storm, shortly before it reached Greensburg :

I have looked at thousands and thousands of radar loops, and this is one of the strongest mesocyclones I have ever seen. 11 people died, dozens more were injured, and it's a miracle judging by this photo, that the toll wasn't higher:

More images here.

I also think it's worth noting that historically, Kansas suffers more F-5 tornado's than any other place on Earth. Just a reminder, in case any Global Warming acolytes happen to read this.

HuffPo Haters Chime in on Greensburg, KS Tornado

Ah, this was as predictable as the sunrise. Anytime a disaster befalls a "red state", the left-wing nuts come out from under their rocks and spew forth their special brand of venom:

An attempt to blame global warming:
The Central states will be losing GOP voters if the conservatives keep insisting that there is no weather problem while towns are destroyed and family are dying.

I take no joy in the tragedies in Kansas or Iraq but do want people to see how little the neocons care for all of God's children. The GOP serves their own gods of greed, power and money.

Attack me for my partisanship and opportunism if you want but people are learning how badly they are being served by the GOP and their oily friends.

Punishing the "red states" for electing Bush:

Has anybody else noticed that these natural disasters are hitting only the Red States? Florida, Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Tennessee have all been hit bad as of late.

It's almost as if God does not approve of fake wars, torture, bigotry, taking from the poor to give to the rich, or molesting children. Thanks goodness Pat Robertson, James Dobson, and Ted Haggard are there to tell us otherwise.
________________________________

Good. Kansas is a "red state." They voted for Bush, now let them know how it feels to suffer, as our troops in Iraq are suffering.

Anyone who voted for Bush deserves disaster in their lives.
_________________________________

Irony: they are experiencing some of the devastation the Iraquis have been living through for over 4 years. At least these people in Kansas will be able to start over;Iraquis are not so fortunate.

What does God's meteorologist Pat Robertson make of His attempts to obliterate red-state America? No doubt it's all related to homa-sek-shiali-ty. (Actually, I suspect that meteorology, being a science, is a grievous sin in Kansas.)
_________________________________

The coup de grâce:

Now those Red-state phuckers in Kansas will get to experience the fruits of their labor. The Federal Government will ignore those Kansans, just as surely as they ignored our countrymen in NOLA
