Vote 3rd Party or Write-In for President in 2008

I think that the voting booths next year should have a plaque over the entrance that says: "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here!"

Our current two-party government is the most corrupt in American history, and this will not change unless we the people step up and vote outside the box.

I hope Al Gore runs on the Green Party ticket! I would love it if Ron Paul ran on the Libertarian Ticket! Gore/Paul 2008! Other way around; whatever. I think Al Gore is a hypocritical one-issue, propaganda-spewing left wing hack, but if he were to run for Pres in 08 on a third party ticket, I would not hesitate to vote for him. Same thing with Ron Paul. I agree with his fiscal and domestic policy completely, but disagree with him on national security and foreign policy.

Whatever. Anything but yet another President doing nothing but spending four years paying-off corporate campaign contributions with political favors and contracts, while telling the American people he/she's in office working for them.

Nothing is going to change in this country unless the people step up and vote for somebody else next year. The Republicrats and Demiancs need to be shaken to the core when one of them loses in spectacular fashion because the center voted for a third candidate. And I don't really care which party wins in 2008, just as long as they won because the other party lost so many votes to an outsider, inshallah.
