Laura Bush Takes A Knee to Mecca

This has been well covered on Hotair and LGF, but I have to do a post on this. It's bad enough that our First Lady, a champion of women's rights, donned a headscarf in deference to Muslim "culture" ala' Nancy Pelosi, but she compounded this idiocy with a sick interview:



As Charles pointed out, a headscarf is not a "choice" in Saudi Arabia. I also like how she says that Kuwait, one of the more "progressive" Muslims countries, has finally granted suffrage to women... in 2005.
